The software

Shorts Circuit is open-source software released under the MIT License (https://github.com/ClayMStamper/shorts-circuit/blob/main/LICENSE). It is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, as that license describes.

Your content and accounts

- You may only publish videos, audio, captions and other material that you own or have permission to use.

- You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for everything published to them, including posts the app publishes automatically when you turn that on.

- Each platform's own terms and community guidelines apply to what you publish there, including TikTok's Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service, Instagram's Terms of Use, LinkedIn's User Agreement and Snapchat's Terms of Service.

- When connected to TikTok, the app only reads your own profile and public post list; it never posts to TikTok or downloads your videos from it.

Availability

The app depends on the platforms' APIs, which can change, limit or end access at any time. Publishing can be delayed, refused or fail, and the app tells you when it needs you to check something.
